The Lunar Keys’ current single, Oxygen Type, has honestly a sound that’s difficult to pin down because it’s just so unique and original. besides the pop-rock vibe, it has the musical weight and complexity of classic rock n roll.

The song starts off with a straight build-up—a guitar riff that sounds like it might be from an 80s radio rock song, backed by drums and bass, a classic. As it picks up speed, the vocals kick in, alternating between male and female voices for an interesting effect.
