1) PRATTO – Into The Night
PRATTO is an independent artist from Miami, FL. He has recently released his single Into The Night, a pop song with a vocal dance/EDM feel and catchy chorus that will have you singing along in no time.
The song is extremely catchy and easy to listen to, so it’s perfect for working out or just enjoying during your commute. It features upbeat electronic elements, making it the perfect song for anyone looking for uplifting music.
With “Into the Night,” Pratto collaborates with Jordan Grace, a very talented artist. Among his collaborations are Martin Garrix and Zack Martino. In addition to being his third release, “Into the Night” is also his first release for the year 2023.
Pratto quoted: ”I have a full lineup of releases for the coming year, and I am super excited to share these tracks with the world. I love music and it is such a deep feeling of achievement to have tracks that I have produced being heard by people all over the world.”
2) JAY ROECKER – Pour On Me
The world of music is a melting pot of genres and styles. It’s a place where people come together to share their passions, their stories, and their experiences. And sometimes—just sometimes—it’s a place where you can find something that feels like it was made just for you.
Pour On Me is a song written by JAY ROECKER in search of the love that had been missing from his relationship at the time he wrote it. I would describe the song as alternative electronic with a modern new wave twist.
The song has a catchy 80s vibe with a cool techno tone. It’s a nice blend of synth-pop and EDM with a touch of commercial pop. The lyrics are fun and easy to memorize, so you’ll find yourself singing along in no time. The chorus is catchy as well—you’ll be humming it all day long!
3) AGENDA AMBIENTE – Gone Fishing
Agenda Ambiente is a Guatemalan EDM artist that makes music for the body and the soul. His latest single, Gone Fishing, is an anthem for the dance floor—an energetic, funky track that will have you wishing you were out there on stage with him.
Agenda Ambiente said: ”I went fishing. Not literally, but I’ve been on a break. I enjoyed my time off, and of course, I filled it with great music.”
The track “Gone Fishing” qualifies for that music category, he believes. If you, like him, like deep house EDM, this is a song for you. The track aims at an anthemic feel and an uplifting beat that will get you moving.
The artist’s style has been described as “leftfield,” which is a term used to describe something that doesn’t quite fit into any one genre or category.
This song is definitely “leftfield”: it’s electronic, but it’s also influenced by classic house and techno sounds. It’s a dance track that can be enjoyed anywhere: the club, at home with friends, or even when working out!
4) ROGUE FX – (Because) We Belong
Music producer Dr Chrispy is the first Astronaut to travel in space with William Shatner. He has spent the last 15 years torn between two loves: music and space exploration. He is an award-winning aeronautical engineer, music producer, and songwriter.
(Because ) We Belong is a completely reworked version of We Belong, Rogue FX‘s debut single from July 2022.
The track was reimagined by DR Chrispy, an astronaut/rocket scientist / DJ and music artist from the USA, as a chill/space synth & progressive house track. The track fuses futuristic synth-scapes with progressive house beats while retaining its essence.
“Because We Belong” has a commercial pop feel but with more of an electronic sound at times. It also has some EDM influences throughout with some classic sounds thrown in as well. The vocals are very well done throughout the song, especially when they are layered over one another in a harmony or harmony-type arrangement.
5) AFIF ZUBIEDI – Dance With Me
AIF ZUBIEDI is one of the most promising electronic artists from Qatar, and his new single “Dance With Me” was released on January 19th, and it is a testament to his talent.
The song has a strong EDM/FUTURE HOUSE vibe with some cool synth lines and little touches here and there that give it a fun, playful feel that makes you want to dance. It has some elements that are reminiscent of 90s music but with a modern twist.
Kind of like what you might hear in the soundtrack for an indie film about young people trying to live their lives in spite of everything.
The song is perfect for working out or going out with friends on the weekend. It has enough energy to keep you dancing all night long without ever getting tired or bored—which is what makes it so great!
The artist is from Qatar, Doha, which means he’s making music from a different perspective than most other artists. If you like what you hear here, check out his YouTube for more works of him—and follow him on Spotify so you can keep up with his latest releases!
6) GENEVIEVE SOVEREIGN – Life Soaked Reveal (feat. Ben Tenison)
Genieve Sovereign is an Australian-based electronic pop artist who has been making waves in the industry for some time now. Her single, “Life Soaked Reveal (feat. Ben Tenison),” is a dreamy, danceable track that combines her silky vocals with beats that are reminiscent of those from the best synth-pop you’ve ever heard.
Genevieve Sovereign and Ben Tenison’s new collaboration single “Life Soaked Reveal” follows the release of “Vibration Angle” (released 11 November 2022).
As well as coincidental with Christmas Day, 25 December 2022 also marks the birthday of one of Sovereign’s late friends, Melbourne-based composer Luke Paulding, whom she considers instrumental in setting her on the path to becoming an independent artist – and in whose memory the track is being released.
Tenison’s innovative beats and instrumental flourishes are woven into Sovereign’s poetic lyrics and distinctive vocal performance on “Life Soaked Reveal.” Listeners are invited on a journey that plums great depths for “treasures lost” and returns them to the beauty that illuminates more than one lifetime.
7) PETRA JASMIINA – Naïve
The artist Petra Jasmiina is a dreamy, folktronica pop artist from New York City. Her sound is cinematic and nostalgic, with hints of Nordic culture in every song.
Petra Jasmiina, who is best known for her eccentric storytelling and signature fairytale flair, is a singer and songwriter who reminds us not to lose sight of the enchanting and beautiful world around us no matter how dark times seem at times.
Her latest single Naïve is just as incredible as her earlier work. It combines heart-wrenching lyrics with an upbeat tempo that will make you want to dance all night long!
As it stands, this new music video from Petra is a perfect combination of dreamy escapism that we all desperately need right now, with just a touch of the melodrama that is a part of her life as an artist.
8) LIVING WITH THE STORM – Memoria
Based in Birmingham, UK, Living with the Storm‘s new album Memoria is an art-pop masterpiece. A fusion of electronica, trip-hop, progressive rock and ambient music, Living With The Storm is Jim Bryant’s solo project, and he is also probably best known as one-half of Hero Monk and one-third of Earth Calling Alice.
The theme of ‘Memoria’ is living with memories. We are defined by our memories, they help us and they haunt us. It is impossible to escape them, they are part of our lives.
Jim Bryant about the album: ”I’ve written this with specific reference to some of my most vivid memories as well as exploring the concept of memory in general.”
As always, he played, programmed, produced and mastered every note, making it entirely personal to him.
My favourite song from the album is ”The Sound Of Ghosts”. It’s really groovy and could really fit into a late-night car ride or even just when you’re with your friends relaxing!
9) DAS ELITE – Landslide
In DAS ELITE, renowned Swedish producer and mixer Andreas Ahlenius presents his personal electronic project. DAS ELITE is Andreas’ creative outlet where electronic melancholy dominates the soundscape as a result of his extensive work with international gold and platinum-selling artists over the years.
On February 3, 2023, a new single/EP entitled “Landslide” was released along with a bonus track, entitled “Align,” and four remixes.
Andreas Ahlenius is the author, performer, and producer of the song.
There are four remixes on the album. They have been created by amazing musicians MOIST, JEC and MAGNUS MOODY.
The single is amazing, full of relaxing beats and synth melodies both songs, ”Landslide” and ”Align”, are both slow-paced songs so you can just sit back and enjoy the vibe or grab your car and go for a ride to enjoy it better!
